You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") are strictly forbidden. If km79 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses voided, and withdrawals denied. km79 reserves the right to confiscate funds in duplicate accounts as determined at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. km79 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. All deposits are processed instantly with zero fees charged by km79. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees on their end, which are beyond km79's control.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any transaction fees. km79 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Deposited funds become available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. You acknowledge that all deposits are made voluntarily for entertainment purposes and that km79 provides no guarantee of winnings or return on deposited funds.
Withdrawals are processed after successful KYC verification. You must use the same payment method for withdrawal that was used for deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by km79 support. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier: Bronze-Silver members experience 15-30 minute processing for bank withdrawals and 20-40 minutes for e-wallets; Gold tier and above receive priority processing under 15 minutes; Platinum+ members receive instant withdrawals under 5 minutes.
km79 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account activity, verification status, and risk assessment. Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per day for Bronze-Silver members, Rp 100,000,000 per day for Gold-Platinum members, and unlimited for Diamond+ members. Larger withdrawal requests may be processed in installments or require additional verification.
Withdrawals are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with AML requirements. Deposits withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount.
km79 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees (typically Rp 0-6,500 depending on bank), which are deducted from your withdrawal amount. Intermediate bank fees for international transfers (if applicable) are also your responsibility.
km79 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino 10-20%, sports bets 10-15%, and table games 5-10%. Check individual promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
Maximum bet limits apply while wagering a bonus. Exceeding the maximum bet amount (typically Rp 50,000-100,000 per spin/bet depending on promotion) voids the bonus and associated winnings. Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 7-30 days). Unused or partially wagered bonuses are forfeited after expiration.
km79 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, exploiting software errors or game glitches to gain unfair advantage, or any other activity deemed as bonus abuse at km79's sole discretion.
The km79 VIP program features six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. VIP tier is determined automatically based on your total monthly turnover (sum of all bets placed, win or lose). Turnover calculations reset on the 1st of each month. VIP tier upgrades occur within 24 hours of meeting the turnover threshold. VIP benefits include escalating cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, personal account managers, birthday bonuses, quarterly gifts, and exclusive tournament access.
VIP tier and benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder. km79 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier requirements, benefits, or eligibility criteria at any time. Players engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms may be excluded from the VIP program and forfeit all VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, fund confiscation, and potential legal action:

If a sporting event is postponed, delayed, or rescheduled, bets remain valid if the event is completed within 48 hours of the original start time. If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are settled based on the result at the time of abandonment or voided depending on the specific sport and betting market (check individual sport rules).
Obvious pricing errors (e.g., decimal odds mistakenly displayed as 1.01 instead of 10.1) are void and will be corrected. Bets placed on obvious errors will be voided and stakes refunded. km79 reserves the right to void any bet deemed to have been placed at an incorrect price due to technical error.

km79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, commit fraud, or for any reason determined at km79's sole discretion. Upon termination, all bonuses are voided, pending bets are cancelled, and your account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
If your account is terminated for fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activities, km79 reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account. If your account is terminated for other reasons (e.g., voluntary closure, self-exclusion, account inactivity), you may withdraw your remaining balance after completing KYC verification.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. km79 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 100,000 per month for inactive accounts with a remaining balance. After 24 months of inactivity, accounts may be permanently closed and remaining funds forfeited. To reactivate an inactive account, contact customer support.
If you have a dispute, complaint, or concern regarding your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter related to km79 services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Provide a detailed description of the issue including your account username, transaction IDs (if applicable), timestamps, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, emails, etc.).

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or consolidated proceedings against km79. All disputes must be pursued individually.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which km79 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of km79 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. km79 does not accept liability for users who violate local gambling laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
km79 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God (earthquakes, floods, fires, natural disasters), war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, government actions or regulations, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, malware, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of force majeure, km79 will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and restore normal service as quickly as possible. Pending bets may be voided and stakes refunded at km79's discretion. km79 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and km79 and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
km79 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without km79's prior written consent. km79 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction or notice.
